Description

Like all apps, the Zoom app works best when it is fully updated to the most current version. Recent security changes with Zoom's servers have made the most current version a requirement for continued use of the app. Users with older version 4.6.7 or below will no longer function properly, especially when used alongside the current version 5.0.0 or above. As such, it is important that you have a current version of the Zoom app in order for the app to work successfully.

At time of writing, the most current version of Zoom is 5.0.4.

Please review the instructions below for guides on how to check the version of the Zoom app you are currently using, and how to update the app to the most current version. Please find the section relevant to your device, and then follow the instructions given.
