Account Info

Evaluat’d uses the Windows Active Directory account for authentication.  If you log into a Windows computer on the domain, please use those credentials to log into Evaluat’d.  If you are unsure or do not log into the domain, use the instructions below to reset your password.  

Password Reset

To reset your password for Evaluat’d, please go to and select the “Reset Password” option beneath the Login button.  This will initiate an email including a link to reset your password.

After resetting your password, navigate to to login with your username (email without and the new password.
