Before you scan you must program your email into the address book:


  1. Select SEND on the touchscreen

  2. Select EMAIL ADDR ENTRY on the upper right hand side of the screen

  3. To enter your email address, tap in the field to prompt the on-screen keyboard

  4. Select OK in the lower right corner when finished

  5. Select ADD TO ADDR BOOK in the lower left corner

  6. Select ADD, then press NEXT

  7. Change to the NAME tab 

  8. Select CHANGE for the NAME field

  9. Add your name and select OK in the lower right corner

  10. Select SAVE in the lower right corner

  11. Select DO NOT ADD TO ONE TOUCH KEY when prompted

  12. Select OK. Your email address is now programmed into the copier and you can begin scanning.


To Scan and Send:


  1. Select SEND on the touchscreen

  2. Select ADDRESS BOOK in the upper right corner

  3. Find your name and select it by touching the check box on the far left side, a check mark will appear, then select OK in the lower right corner

  4. Place your original in the sheet feeder and press start


One important thing to remember:

If you put several pages in the feeder at one time, ONE multi page PDF will be created. If you want several single page PDFs, you must put the originals in the feeder one at a time and press START for each.
